George was incredibly proficient; he gave us plenty of excellent information and settled in with our group like he was family. When we informed him we planned to go to carry out a wine tasting he impressed us together with his wine knowledge at the same time! Immediately after quite a few fantastic hours, he dropped us off in the pick up position,
